Criminal Law Practice Areas

Both the Criminal Code of Canada and the Ontario Highway Traffic Act contain hundreds of offences. Below is a list of some of the areas of practice which I am willing to represent clients. The list is not exhaustive, but it includes many of the more common offences that find their way before our courts.
